1 9-oz package refrigerated/frozen cheese ravioli
2 medium-size zucchini
2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

This recipe is adaptable in size depending on how much packaged ravioli you buy. A 9-oz package will make 2 servings, but you can buy a larger package and add extra zucchini to make more.
Prepare the ravioli according to the package directions. Wash the zucchini and slice them like cucumbers, and then cut each slice in half. Peel and mince the garlic.
Heat the olive oil and add the zucchini, salt, and pepper. Cook the zucchini for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Transfer the prepared and drained ravioli to a serving bowl and add the zucchini and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss well and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
